Stupid Laptop

ok, so last night i had a problem with my laptop not being able to read my music files that i moved. Ended up deleting all my music (only 1000 or so songs), well this morning CHRISTMAS; i end up deleting all the christmas pictures. The way this happened: i put all the pictures in my "pictures" folder. for sum reason they end up in my music folder also. so i delete them from that fie. go back to the picture file, and everything is just gone. yes, after i deleted them from the recycle bin also. i know stupid. oh well, cant do anything about it. long story short, im over this laptop ..
